Advantages:

Хорошие апартаменты. В спальне не хватает телевизора, стены тонкие слышно соседей. Двор отличный, детская площадка хорошая. Имеются пвз озон, валдберис, к&б, аптека. Недалёко тц "метро".

Disadvantages:

На кровати в спальне слетают рейки, надо укреплять каркас. Тонкие стены
