Advantages:

Удобно расположен, хороший подъезд, красивый вид из окна, адекватная женщина заселила, перевела залог вовремя.

Disadvantages:

Немного пыльно на полу, как будто давно не убирали и на кухне грязная в жиру плита и очень грязная тряпка для кухонного стола, но сами убрали и всё норм.
