Сдаётся студия в центре города, на сутки и часы. В 5 минутах ходьбы находятся вокзалы, Рязань 1, Рязань 2, 10 минут езды, центральный автовокзал. Рядом тц виктория плаза в котором находится супермаркет спар, кафе, рестораны, кинотеатр. Очень развита инфраструктура. Остановки в шаговой доступности во все направления. Сделан свежий ремонт. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Заселение с 14-00, выезд до 12-00. Продление, поздний и ранний заезд оговаривается. Для командировочных предоставляем полный пакет документов. Не сдается под вечеринки. При себе иметь паспорт

Advantages:

Маленькая, уютная комната со всем необходимым для проживания. Кухонная утварь. Постельные принадлежности. Микроволновка, стиральная машина. Цена демократичная за всё это.

Disadvantages:

Не удалось включить телевизор. Ну, может это я что то делал не правильно... Первый этаж у оживленной автомобильной дороги. Парадная подъезда заваленна хламом.
