Advantages:

Заселились сразу. Хозяйка встретила на улице. Рядом остановки, магазины, парк, правда неухоженный.

Disadvantages:

В квартире грязно. Вода ржавая. Зная, что нас приедет 5 человек, почему-то было всего по 4 наволочки и полотенца. Постельное бельё не подходило ни на одно одеяло и кровать. Туалетной бумаги было пол рулона. Первый раз я в таком месте, где неуважительно относятся к жильцам.
