Advantages:

Хороший ремонт, дизайнерский, удобный, все новое, современный ЖК, вид из окна, с парковкой нет проблем

Disadvantages:

Дом едва введен в эксплуатацию, частые ремонты у соседей, лифты ещё в фанере. Немного слышно дорогу под окнами. В целом, не существенно
