Advantages:

Новый дом. Недалеко от центра. Можно найти место для парковки авто. Останавливались на одни сутки (по сути переночевать), поэтому нужны были спальные места и белье. Квартира двухкомнатная - для троих очень удобно, . Были небольшие замечания по сантехнике, но владелец обещал в будущем устранить.
