Advantages:

Всё чисто, квартира новая. Обычно в квартирах предусмотрен чай/кофе и сахар, тут ничего не было. Не было также и средств для мытья посуды, хотя в объявлении указано, чтобы после себя оставляли порядок, полотенце тоже не было, но тут думаю, видимо, просто забыли
