Advantages:

Понравилось дистанционное заселение; месторасположение; шумоизоляция; оперативное получение информации.

Disadvantages:

Было много волос везде на полу; холодно в квартире; отсутствие туалетных принадлежностей (в виде туалетной бумаги как минимум и после слов что она там есть, её не нашли по всей квартире); сушилка с постиранным бельём от прошлых арендосъемщиков; и много других мелких замечаний о которых уже нет смысла писать
