Предлагаем вам отдых в нашем доме.
Все удобства на данный момент расположены вне дома, туалет, летний душ. В душе вода подогревается.
Имеется отдельно стоящая баня.
Кухня, холодильник, раковина расположены в отдельной беседке, где имеется горячая вода.
Дом расположен на облагороженном участке площадью 30 соток с плодовыми деревьями. Также на участке растут малина, крыжовник, ежемалина, смородина, виноград.
Имеется мангал и принадлежности для жарки.
Перед домом в 100 метрах имеется пруд, где можно половить рыбу, удочки прилагаются.
Стоимость и сумма залога зависит от срока аренды, количества человек и кто будет проживать.
